1. Returns & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Once approved, our team will coordinate the return pickup or drop-off details with you.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at techgear.leb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or logistical reasons:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Clearanced, discounted, or promotional items (All sale items are final).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed. Since cash-on-delivery is widely used, refunds will be issued via store credit, online voucher, or an agreed-upon direct transfer method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us).
